Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us via email within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a full refund. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging with all included components intact.
Please note the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described.
Sale and discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned for store credit or refunded to the original form of payment.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. For refund inquiries please email info@pedivia.com.
Reserved Rights Regarding Refunds
Once a return is initiated your items have 14 days to arrive at our warehouse. If your items do not arrive within that timeframe we reserve the right to refuse the return. We also reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions, such as items that have been used, altered, laundered, damaged, or are missing parts. Cases of suspected abuse or fraud will be handled accordingly.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect item please report it to us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we will issue a replacement or a complete refund. If you need to send the item back we will cover all return shipping costs in full.
If your order appears missing but your tracking information indicates it was delivered we recommend contacting your local carrier to confirm delivery. For assistance please email info@pedivia.com. Our customer support team responds within 12 hours during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EST.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded or canceled. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.
