Our Return Window
If you are not happy with your purchase you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a full refund.

How to Start a Return
Contact our support team at info@pedivia.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 12 hours on business days and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases we will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us at info@pedivia.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will issue a replacement or full refund and cover all return shipping costs.

Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: gift cards and items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item please submit a return request for the original product and place a new order separately.
